Thank you for choosing My Planntz. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.planntzsupplements.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us.
For help with orders or your account, contact myplanntz@myplanntz.com. Discount codes do not apply to bundles, gift sets, or already discounted products unless expressly stated. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes are valid for first-time purchases only.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Some products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen’s display. We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and limit quantities. All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion. We may discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 – FREE OR DISCOUNTED OFFERS (INCLUDING PROMOTIONAL CODES)
Free or discounted offers (including promo codes) are available once per person and household unless expressly stated. Discounts do not apply to bundles, multi-packs, subscriptions already discounted, or gifts unless stated. Offers may be limited to orders of up to 10 items. Internet access and valid payment details are required to redeem offers. After any free/discounted period, regular pricing applies until you cancel any scheduled orders if applicable.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email and/or phone/billing address provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools we neither monitor nor control. We provide such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional tools is at your own risk and discretion. Future new services or features offered through the Site will also be subject to these Terms.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the Site and notifying us. If, in our judgment, you fail to comply with any provision, we may terminate this agreement without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date. We may deny you access to the Service accordingly.

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications. Any ambiguities in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party. We may refuse refunds where our returns policies are abused.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We’re committed to quality and transparency. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, review our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact myplanntz@myplanntz.com. Unless otherwise stated, guarantees apply to one unit per product per household and within specified timelines. Unopened and undamaged items may be required for return. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where policies are abused.
